The Big Southside Book Hunt
The first ever Big Southside Book Hunt takes place Saturday 27th July! Starling Books will be hiding FREE childrens' books all over the Southside of Glasgow for young folks to seek out and take home.
About The Big Southside Book Hunt
A self-led treasure hunt, the Book Hunt will be a great way to get young explorers out of the house during the holidays, spend time with their family and friends and explore their local area - not to mention a chance to find free books to take home!
All the books will be new and primarily for ages 5-11, of all genres- so there should be something for everyone if you just keep exploring!
Books will mostly be hidden around Queens' Park, in the centre of the Southside, and around the few other parks and green spaces in the surrounding area.
The Hunt will be self-led, and participants will be able to pick up clues about where the books are hidden via Starling Books' Instagram or Facebook.
