with Kadam Morten Clausen, International Buddhist Teacher from New York City
Deep down, we all share the same wish, to find lasting happiness. We each have myriad ways of trying to fulfil this wish, but oftentimes our moments of pleasure and excitement are not sustainable, or we simply feel that ‘life gets in the way’, and instead of feeling happiness we experience frustration and anxiety.
The truth is happiness is not something we can acquire from the outside, but is a vast ocean that’s waiting to be discovered within us.
Join us for an inspiring evening exploring the big question; how to be happy & stay happy, including guided meditation.
