Why limit yourself to a label? This is the mantra of Twelfth Day, a distinctive duo featuring Catriona Price (violin) and Esther Swift (pedal harp), who invite listeners old and new to their genre-blending lunchtime performance fusing classical skill with folk roots.
Lie back on a beanbag or pull up a chair in the calm surroundings of the lower church and enjoy ‘one of the most rewarding listening experiences to be placed before an audience this year’ (Folk Radio UK). This refreshing, highly spirited performance of delicacy and drive is sure to leave you with a tune in your head and a spring in your step!
Due to the layout of the vaulted crypt, some seats will have a restricted view of the performers. Please note the Lower Church is a multi-level space with uneven flooring—if you require assistance or cannot use stairs, please let us know in advance and we will ensure your access needs are supported.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
