Understanding Karma - 4 week meditation series
Through training in meditation, we will discover powerful and practical methods to let go of negative feelings and instead develop positive, peaceful states of mind that will allow us to enjoy our life and become fearless in the face of life’s challenges.
Everybody is welcome to this series of classes, no previous experience is necessary.
