In this session we'll cover:
-The anatomy of neck and shoulder pain and stiffness
-Common causes of neck and shoulder pain
-How the Essentrics technique can help
-Simple stretches for pain relief
-Essentrics sequences for neck and shoulder pain relief
Materials needed:
-Yoga mats or towels to sit or lie on
-Comfortable clothing
-Water bottles to stay hydrated
