30 Minute Lunchtime Classes
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 1.15 - 1.45pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 12.30 - 1pm

These 30 minute classes combine guided meditations with a ‘thought for the day’ on practical methods of how to stay happy and positive through the challenges of modern life.
Everyone welcome.
