Led by Ema Culik, Dusty Watts and Alexandra Shrinivas
3-5pm Sunday 20th & 27th of October and November 3rd.
Come join Ema and Alex as Ema guides you to relax through yin, breathwork and deep rest, combined with the creation of ceramic instruments led by Dusty along side your practice. This will be a multi sensory experience ending with a mantra music session with Alex using your handmade ceramic instrument.
