About Write to Heal; A 4 Week Therapeutic Writing Workshop
Have you been through a difficult life experience and not been able to talk about it openly or had to keep it a secret? Then read on. Write to Heal is a new workshop of its type developed by me, Fai, a counsellor and psychotherapist.
This workshop is intended to help those who have been keeping painful experiences to themselves who struggle to talk about it or perhaps don't want to speak about it but do feel ready to address what happened. This workshop aims to provide a release, through writing, to those difficult feelings you may be carrying with a view to improving your emotional and physical health.
This will be an individual experience and you will never be asked or expected to share your writing or your experiences with any other participants or myself.
This workshop will run every Saturday for four weeks from 11am-12pm beginning on 9th November. It will be an in person workshop taking place in Pollokshields, Glasgow.
