Santa is coming to Buchanan Galleries this festive season to spread joy, wonder and Christmas cheer to families and children – and to find out who's been naughty or nice!

In partnership with Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity, children of all ages can enjoy festive meet and greet with the jolly man in red in Santa's Grotto at Buchanan Galleries this festive season as Santa sits on his throne in the open grotto space ready to welcome visitors.
Here, children will get a chance to meet Santa and his cheerful elves and share their Christmas wishes before snapping a keepsake photo. Each child will also receive a chocolate from Santa to take home and keep the festive spirit flowing!
Entry to the grotto is free, with the option to donate to Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity when your visit. All proceeds will go to help fund state-of-the-art medical equipment and life-changing care in the children’s hospital in Glasgow.
Santa's Grotto will be open every weekend from Saturday 7th December until Sunday 22nd December, and will also be open on Monday 23rd December and Tuesday 24th December to ensure all little ones of Glasgow can make their last-minute requests.
The Grotto will be open from 11am - 5pm, with the exception of Christmas Eve (December 24th) when the Grotto will be open from 10am - 1pm to give Santa and his elves time to return to the North Pole to get ready for the big day!
