About Sip & Sculpt: Ceramic Trinket Shelf / Shrine Workshop
BYOB pottery night at Creative Bloc.
Join us at Creative Bloc for a chill Friday evening of ceramic sculpting. Grab your friends, bring your favourite drink** and enjoy a night of crafting and relaxation. This is a great opportunity to unwind from the week and get in touch with your creative side.
You will learn some basic pottery hand-building techniques and design your own ceramic Shrine/Trinket shelf. No experience necessary - we will guide you through the process step by step and provide some templates to help you along. Your shelf size will be approx 15 x 20cm but this will all depend on the shape you choose to create on the night.
Your shrine will dry in the studio and then be fired and glazed by studio technicians, ready for you to collect in approx 2 weeks.
Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little messy (the clay will wash out) or bring an apron if you prefer.
** If your favourite drink is a cup of tea that's okay too, we'll have plenty for you at the studio
