Take a Deep Breath and Join Us for a Truly Special Pregnancy Circle.
Imagine a cozy Sunday evening just for you. Step into a warm, candlelit space in the heart of Glasgow, where your pregnancy journey is celebrated and supported with care and understanding.
Relax, Reconnect, and Recharge
Each week, we’ll gather to unwind and create moments of peace. From gentle breathwork to guided meditations, this is your chance to let go of the week's busyness, reconnect with your baby, and share in the joys and challenges of pregnancy alongside other mums-to-be.
What to Expect
Start with calming breathwork to ground yourself.
Share your highs, your worries, or just your story in an open, welcoming space.
Explore empowering topics like affirmations, creating a peaceful birth space, and using breath to guide you through labor.
End with a deeply relaxing guided meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
Optional: Join our private WhatsApp group to stay updated, share thoughts, and connect with other mums between sessions!
Perfect for Every Stage of Pregnancy
These sessions can beautifully complement my Antenatal and Hypnobirthing courses or be taken on their own for relaxation and connection. There’s no pressure to attend every week—come as you are, when you can.
Bookings are essential! Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and cozy.
Because amidst all the to-dos of pregnancy, you deserve this moment to breathe, relax, and connect.
