Join us for a restorate Breathwork and Sound Bath Experience!
Embark on a 3-hour journey of self-discovery and relaxation, as we blend the powerful modalities of breath and sound. This immersive workshop invites you to dive deep into the realms of your senses, fostering a profound sense of embodiment and connection.
What to expect:
During the sound bath, Iain will stimulate your senses with powerful sounds including gongs, bowls and chimes, creating a resonant atmosphere that provides a strong container for your experience. The soothing vibrations will wash over you, promoting presence, deep relaxation and sensory immersion, helping to release tension and quiet the mind.
Simultaneously, Mudra will be gently guiding you in a restorative breath practice that will enhance your sensitivity to the sounds around you. This nurturing approach will not only deepen your sensory experience, but also support your physical well-being, allowing you to fully embrace the moment, and access greater emotional clarity and inner peace.
When combined, these two modalities create a synergistic experiencing that deepens your journey within. The harmonious interplay of sound and breath amplifies the benefits of each practice, leading to a heightened state of awareness and relaxation. You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated, centered and more connected to your true self.
