About Yoga In The Dark
Indulge in an evening for YOU. Carve out some me-time in the heart of Glasgow's west end for an evening of skin ritual facial massage followed by a candle-lit gentle vinyasa yoga and meditation session.
Linger after class for a glass (or two!) of pro/no secco with friends old + new.
The session is designed to nourish + nurture face, body, mind and soul, beginning with a skin ritual facial massage with acupressure to boost circulation, flush away toxins, reduce puffiness, relax muscles and lift and tone your skin using natural and holistic ancient techniques.
A slow guided body movement workshop aims to improve strength, alignment and flexibility with a focus on clarity of the mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and rebalanced. Expect to move through moon salutations, standing and seated postures ending with a well deserved Savasana and guided meditation to ignite the senses.
Leave with enhanced clarity, calm and confidence to face the evening, weekend and week ahead!
