Experienced Helensburgh yoga teacher Kerry is known for her creative seasonal meditations and her holistic approach to Yoga and Ayurveda.
Warm, energise and expand with yoga. Then rest deeply with a guided Yoga Nidra relaxation meditation followed by a multi-instrument Soundbath with brilliant gong-maestro Sandy Graham.
Finishing with tea, connection & circle time.
