About Beginners Hand Building Vase Workshop
During these 3 hour workshops I will demonstrate and guide you through the process of creating your very own hand built flower vase. You will learn the basics of working with clay, as well as the hand building techniques of pinching and coiling.
You will learn:
The basics of working with clay
Hand building techniques of pinching and coiling
How to join and smooth clay
How to refine your chosen form
These workshops are geared towards beginners, but also suited to those who have worked with clay before and would like to refine their skills more. All materials and equipment needed are included. After the workshop I will glaze (in my shimmer white glaze) and fire your work for you.
