A Meditation Course with Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Zamling
Join us for an uplifting course with Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Zamling, and discover how it is possible to let go of worry and fear!
Although we live in uncertain and troubling times, it is possible to live with fearlessness. Using Buddha’s practical wisdom, we can understand the origin of our worry and fear, gradually reduce it, and replace it with a limitless source of inner peace, confidence, and resilience through meditation practice.
Everyone is welcome to join us for this special course.
