This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate potters who already have a basic working knowledge of ceramics. If you've ever wondered how ceramicists get those crisp colourful lines or bold clean illustrations in their surface decoration, these could be the techniques for you!
Learn how to layer colour and use different tools to achieve striking, intricate designs with the sgraffito and mishima techniques.
You are encouraged to bring a few of your own pots to work on, these must be leather hard. If you don't have your own pots you will be provided with small test pots and test tiles to work with.
