When bored teenager Alex is forced to volunteer at Provan Hall for his school community service, he gets more than he bargained for. As night falls and shadows appear, he encounters the lingering spirits of writer Dreda Boyd, the dedicated housekeeper Mary Holmes, and a mysterious girl... Through ghostly encounters and mysterious whispers, Alex discovers that the past is very much alive at Provan Hall.
Full of eerie fun and gentle scares, this play invites young audiences to explore the magic of memory and learn why understanding the past matters—especially when the walls remember everything.
Suitable for age 7 plus - NOTE: whilst the story is not graphic, it is spooky, so we trust parents to know whether their child might find a ghost story too unnerving even if they are that age.
All children MUST be accompanied by a paying adult, with a maximum of four children per adult.
Please be aware that the performance is not wheelchair accessible as it will involve going up stairs.
It is advisable to arrive 10 minutes before the start of your slot.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
