Our mind often feels cluttered. With so many worries, plans and preoccupations we easily can become overwhelmed, as if we lack the space to think clearly. It is essential we have a method to regularly de-clutter our mind, so that we can experience mental space and clarity.
On this meditation course, we will look at the mental processes that lead to the build up of this clutter, and find ways to maintain a feeling of mental space and equanimity, even in the midst of a busy, demanding life.
Everyone welcome!
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
