Fill up your own cup as this new year begins! Join us to share cacao, set private intentions then have fun dancing and releasing tensions. Finishing up with an amazing sound bath facilitated by @WildfoxWellnessCIC. You will be re-energised and feel inspired.

Connect with the joy of cacao and set a private intention for the evening. Enjoy the heart opening benefits of cacao and be at one with yourself or connect with others.

Dance, have fun, release!
Time to let go! Dance, connect with others or close your eyes go inward, feel the vibrations of the music and release all energy that is feeling stuck in you. Move, release have fun. It is so powerful!

Amazing sound bath time!
Get comfortable, sit or lie down ( some mats and blankets will be available or bring your own) and surrender to the vibrations of the sound bath. Enjoy and relax and feel the bliss!

What is cacao?
Cacao is the raw, minimally processed beans from the Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao is know for being rich in antioxidants, nutrients and flavanols - known to support heart and brain function.
What can cacao do?
Cacao can help connect the heart, body and mind. It is a vasodilator, opening blood vessels and increasing flow. Cacao can allow you to feel connected and better.
Is there anything I should prepare with?
Hydration! Come hydrated and hydrate during the cacao and dance session. Bring water, or a non alcoholic drink of your choice.
Anything else?
Avoid heavy food at least 2hrs beforehand as this helps your body to absorb the cacao better. Bring blankets, a mat, anything that will make you more comfortable.
What cacao do you use?
swapforjoy uses Forever ceremonial grade Cacao grown by the Ashaninka communities in Peru.
