Established in Glasgow in 2008, Acting Coach Scotland (ACS) is a revolutionary alternative to acting courses and drama schools. Our Glasgow acting studio provides the highest level of professional training for actors, and those that want to be actors, throughout Scotland. We’re housed in the historic Govan Workspace at 6 Harmony Row.
Our studio is lead by Mark Westbrook, one of the UK’s leading acting coaches, author of Truth in Action, and an experienced writer, director and teacher. Mark is joined by an experienced coaching and administration team.
ACS is the UK home of Practical Aesthetics, a practical no-b*llshit approach to acting. We also specialise in an approach to the mental game of acting called The Inner Game of Acting.
In the past, we’ve trained everyone from beginners to Oscars winners, and many of our students go on to work in feature films, television series and in the theatre.
We provide full and part time acting courses, as well as private 1-2-1 coaching for individuals.
We also specialise in individual coaching, private acting coaching to suit a range of needs including Drama School Audition Coaching, Professional Audition Coaching, Performance Psychology Coaching, Business Presentation and Public Speaking Training, Career Coaching, Skype Coaching, as well as On-Set and Secured-Role coaching.
