Each class may have a maximum of 5 participants.

When are the classes and when can I start?
As long as you have an uncomplicated pregnancy and your midwife/ doctor approves, you can begin any time in your second trimester. The class currently runs on Saturdays from 09:00 to 10:00. As it is a rolling class with everyone working on their own Pilates programme, you can begin the class at any time depending on availability.

How much does it cost?
The 30 minutes 1:1 assessment is £30
Single session rate: £25
Block* of 6 classes: £120
Block* of 11 classes: £200 (basically buy 10, get one free)
