Pilates is a wonderful mind-body exercise, which helps to re-educates us on our movement patterns and targets specific muscle groups. Practice in a friendly class, we will work through our core engagement, pelvic and spinal stability, breathing and hip mobility. All exercises have been modified making it perfect for beginners. Class sizes are limited to 12 to allow time for the instructor to be able to help everyone with any adjustments required.
Jenny is fully qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Matwork Pilates (awarding body Active IQ) and is fully insured.

Delighted to be bringing bump to baby pregnancy and post natal Pilates classes in Glasgow’s southside. The body goes through a lot physical changes during pregnancy. Pilates can be a really beneficial exercise throughout pregnancy and into post natal recovery to allow you to build the right foundations from the inside out. All exercises are selected to be safe for the individual and the stage they are at it in their own pregnancy or post natal journey.

Can help with your posture, support your back and pelvis as your bump grows
Can help focus on the breath
Can help reduce aches and pains
Helps to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles
Helps teach you to reconnect and strengthen your deep core muscles and pelvic floor muscles after delivery of baby
Is functional movement, strengthening muscles which will help with your everyday movement/tasks as a mum.

10.15-11am Mum and Little Ones Pilates (little ones who are now on the move) £40 for a block of 6 classes

Bump to baby pregnancy Pilates £50 for a block of 6 classes
All classes are a great chance to meet other mums to be or new mums in a small sizes will be kept small, relaxed and friendly class Classes will run in blocks of 6 which also includes a 30 minute movement assessment and chat before your first class to see how your pregnancy/post-natal journey has been so far so that exercises chosen can be tailored to you and a short home based exercise programme which can be completed in between class each week will be provided. There will be options available if you wish to join a block half way through or if you don’t think you would be able to make more than 4 classes in a block.
