Through judo Pro Judo aims to offer an opportunity regardless of ability or disability for everyone to benefit from a fun social environment, a chance to improve fitness levels, deal with frustation and anger and to help teach self control.
All of our classes at Pro Judo are coached by Judo Scotland qualified and Disclosure Scotland checked coaches. Our coaching staff range from ex Scottish and British Champions to World Masters Medallists all with a passion for Judo and a passion to pass on their knowledge.
