A variety of seasonal yoga classes including a beginners level class. Seasonal yoga works in season and in tune with the mind and body balancing out the imbalances in the body.
All classes are currently being held on Zoom.
The classes are one hour classes in the comfort of your own home.
If you would prefer a one to one yoga session rather than a class, please contact me for further details and the login code.
