From the 31st May – 3rd June, Glasgow’s SEC will play host to this celebration of flavour.
A new and unique way to celebrate the exciting new trends in modern cuisine and street food. A feast for all the senses; the ingredients of this superb show will be the freshest features.
Top chefs and foodie favourites will be on hand, cooking up a storm to educate and inform with flair at The Eat & Drink Stage.
The likes of Rosemary Shrager, Mark Heirs, ‘Young Scottish Chef of the Year 2017’ Jamie McKinnon and many more will be there to provide insight on what it takes to excel in the kitchen!
