Freedom & Joy, an independently owned and Glasgow based coaching duo, will offer a one-off group Goal Setting session in YOTEL Glasgow's rooftop venue VEGA, encouraging guests to spend a few hours taking time to focus on themselves.

Taking place Saturday 8 October, from 11am - 12.30pm in VEGA’s beautiful private room on the seventh floor of YOTEL Glasgow, coaching and wellness duo Freedom & Joy will take guests through a goal setting workshop to mark Mental Health Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day (10 October).
As part of a programme of wellbeing events this autumn, which has included free YO-GA sessions with guru Jess Mackenzie, the one-off goal setting workshop will invite attendees to set personal goals and define what happiness means to them, with input from Freedom & Joy’s expert coaches.
Held in VEGA’s private dining room with panoramic views of Glasgow, the class will discuss the importance of goal setting to drive personal growth, encouraging guests to take some time for themselves as the seasons change. Led by coaches Aarti Joshi and Sharon Stephen, the one and half hour class will teach participants how to set or reframe existing goals, allowing them to leave the session with a tangible goal that focuses on what is important to them.
The event marks the end of YOTEL Glasgow’s programme of events surrounding Mental Health Awareness Week, with one final free session of YO-GA in the sky on Tuesday 11 October from 7.30am. Sign up for limited final spaces for Jess Mackenzie’s tranquil morning yoga and journalling sessions here.
The goal setting workshop and yoga sessions are open to all, non-hotel guests and hotel guests.
