The Woods announces Festive Wonderland
Glasgow's popular bar and live music venue, The Woods, have unveiled their festive program!

The Woods will undergo a festive makeover with sparkling lights, garlands, and mini Christmas trees. Live music acts will take to the stage at the weekend and World Cup games will be shown on tv screens throughout the venue.
Their talented bartenders will be on hand to mix up some Christmas drinks as well as extended drinks lists that feature their hugely popular Boelicious Cocktail a mix of Violet Gin, Chambord, Pineapple juice, and Cranberry juice.
From the kitchen, there will be delicious festive treats including the 'Xmas is Xmas Grazer' - a festive sharing platter for four people which comes with a complimentary festive cocktail each. Winter comfort foods such as traditional steak pie with all the trimmings, Four chees(y) macaroni, lip-smackingly good loaded fries, and the 12-inch pizzas are too good not to share.
The venue boasts a full-service cocktail bar, comfy seating areas, a heated outdoor terrace, and a private party room holding up to 50 people, making it the perfect venue for large office groups or an alternative night out with friends, family, or even a romantic date night.
Lynne Shirlaw, Manager said: “The festive season is always a magical time for the whole team, with Christmas parties, family get-togethers, and friends out for cocktails. And this year we have the added bonus of the World Cup games playing alongside our live music. It’s going to be a belter!”
The Woods bar is open weekly from Wednesday - Saturday. The festive wonderland program begins on Friday 2nd December and runs until Saturday 24th December.
