The Kraken Rum and Fat Hippo partner to launch rum infused burger

This Tuesday 18th June, the worlds of two beasts collide, as the 'Hippo vs Kraken' burger lands at Fat Hippo restaurants and concessions across the UK!

Featuring a black charcoal brioche bun, teriyaki-glazed double beef patty, American cheese, a grilled ham and mozzarella panko fritter, garlic butter mayo and a Kraken Black Spiced Rum, pineapple and jalapeno salsa, the multi-tiered beast of a burger will be available on Fat Hippo menus across all 17 restaurants and concessions until 21st July 2024.

And that’s not the only treasure The Beast is bringing to the table this summer. Alongside the Hippo vs Kraken special, parched souls will be relieved to find The Perfect Storm cocktail available on Fat Hippo drinks menus in its 13 restaurants (excludes concessions). This Kraken Black Spiced Rum and ginger ale cocktail is served with a zesty lime wedge for a refreshing serve that’s the perfect accompaniment to the new burger. The Kraken cocktail will be available at Fat Hippo throughout the year, even after the departure of the burger special.
