The course focuses on how in which Buddhist meditation practice can help us to face and respond to the many challenges we face every day and how we can integrate meditation practice into daily life.
Each session combines sitting meditation practice, along with a talk/teaching on a specific topic from the course and some time for questions and feedback. We'll focus on areas like changing old habits, dealing with change and decision-making in daily life. The course runs over 3 Thursday evenings starting on Thursday 16th March.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
