After many great and unique collaborations in different music genres, Ablaye Cissoko surprises us again by pairing this time with the French diatonic accordions player Cyrille Brotto, for what sounds like a waltz between two knowledges, a conversation between two learned instruments

But between Ablaye Cissoko (one of the most famous kora player worldwide, with 13 albums released !) and Cyrille Brotto, well known figure of French traditionnal & folk music scene, this is more than just music : that's a story of friendship and deep respect for each other …
Triptic brings together three members of the highly rated Moishe's Bagel – Greg Lawson, Phil Alexander and Mario Caribé – in a new project exploring a shared love of world folk music. Dramatic tango meets joyful klezmer and folk-infused originals, wrapped up in irresistible jazz and Latin grooves. Violin, piano, bass, mandolin, accordion, guitar. It's virtuoso musicianship with a whole lot of soul.
