Join Nest Glasgow for their Baby Massage sessions where Laura will take you through a series of simple but effective techniques to help your babies' physical and mental wellbeing.

During our baby massage classes, Laura will take you through a series of simple but effective techniques to help your babies' physical and mental wellbeing.
Baby massage has been proven to help with bonding and attachment, colic, digestive issues, poor sleep, growing pains and weight gain.
Each week Laura will teach you to treat two areas (always beginning with the legs), so that after 4 sessions, you will have a complete full body routine to take home with you.
Suitable for babies aged 4 weeks up to crawling.
