By working from the outside in, you will uncover how the body’s relationship to Weight, Space, Time, and Flow can evoke emotional and psychological states, allowing you to build nuanced, dynamic characters with clarity and depth.
You will explore the four Motion Factors and their opposing dual elements, and how their combinations form the Eight Efforts of the Action Drive. Through a psychophysical lens, you will examine how each effort can unlock new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving as a character. In this work, the body becomes a gateway to transformation.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
