As part of the Cathcart, Merrylee & Muirend Summer Festival, the Couper Institute is taking part in Doors Open Day!
See behind the scenes of the historic Couper Institute in partnership with Glasgow Life as part of Doors Open Day. Tours available at 1pm or 3pm and tickets can be booked on eventbrite.co.uk
The tours will give you the chance to explore areas not usually open to the public. Learn about the history of this iconic location and discover hidden gems along the way.
Couper Institute is a ‘B’ listed building situated on the Southside of Glasgow. It was designed by internationally renowned architect James Sellers and built with a legacy from local mill-owner Robert Couper in 1887.
Still in use today, it's a popular venue for weddings, parties and events. Pop in for a free taster class of yoga, zumba or arts & crafts! More details to follow.
