Experience the gorgeous, soul-stirring sound of The New Leaves, four childhood friends from County Down, Northern Ireland, who are breathing new life into contemporary folk music. Born from the post-pandemic quiet, this band blends lush, three-part harmonies with nature-inspired lyrics, crafting a sound that is both intimate and epic.
With songs steeped in the history, mythology, and natural beauty surrounding the Mourne Mountains and Carlingford Lough, The New Leaves deliver a brand of soulful modern folk that has captivated critics and audiences across Ireland and the UK. Their performances are often described as atmospheric, mesmerising, and filled with "something very special" (BBC Radio Ulster).
This is a precious opportunity to catch one of the most exciting new voices in Celtic music in a setting perfectly suited to their powerful yet delicate sound. Prepare for an evening of truly beautiful, modern Irish storytelling.
Support comes from The Wildwoods, a folk trio from Nebraska with songs that feel like home—warm harmonies, heartfelt stories, and a sound that drifts between Americana, folk, and bluegrass. Their performances are filled with sincerity and connection, inviting listeners into the world that inspired their upcoming album Dear Meadowlark, a love letter to the Midwest and the people who make it feel like home.
Where possible we will update our listings to notify of cancelled, postponed and rescheduled events, however we STRONGLY ADVISE that you check with the venue/organiser in the first instance for updates.
