Bumps and Birth - Midwife-led Aquanatal and Hypnobirthing.

Aquanatal runs every Tuesday from 7.15pm at Scotstoun Leisure centre.

Aquanatal is a holistic 2 hour class for pregnant women that enhances wellbeing and includes advice from a qualified midwife. Come along and meet other expectant mothers on the same journey. The classes are PAYG and can be booked via the Glasgow Club Website.

It's long been accepted that water is soothing and supportive for pregnant women, and can even help you manage pain. This class is split into two sections: water activity and an informal Q&A session.

Joanna teaches The Little Birth Company’s Hypnobirthing course, which is a complete antenatal training course which incorporates hypnotherapy helping you to relax, understand, and take control of your own childbirth experience. I also offer Positive Caesarean Workshops held in the comfort of your own home. Visit my website for further information!
