Weekly Level 1 Yoga Classes
A bit of previous yoga experience is helpful but not essential for these classes and absolute beginners are very welcome. The class is a mix of flow (series of postures in a sequence) and some more detailed focus on particular postures (this could be a more advanced 'goal posture' or a common posture that could benefit from a wee bit of attention).
The aim for these classes is to create a laid back learning environment that can welcome people who have never done yoga or who feel intimidated by a class environment, as much as those who are experienced. The practice and posture focus changes throughout the year in line with the structure of Seasonal Yoga.
