Like the name suggests a safe space for us to let go the usual emphasis of our lives and our life stories. We catch up (four times every week for half hour) to explore our inner world together. The meditation sessions are open explorations with no emphasis on any technique or process, space for us to heal and connect with no barriers such as how we look, our race, identities, belief systems, geography or any other concept/classifications that we see ourselves as different but explore the similarities between us.
To join these sessions one needs to become a member of this community on the website URL.
All of this is free!
