Qi Gong exercises are designed to bring the stagnant energy to flow freely through our body, resulting in an overall feeling of wellbeing, calmness, balance, providing a boost to our immune system and improving our health.
Qi Gong exercises are simple but very effective. Easy to learn and carry out, they are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Slow, graceful and flowing movements that engage the whole body, supported by internal images, result in feeling calm, whole, relaxed and uplifted at the end of the session.
I run a variety of classes in and around Glasgow. Please check Facebook for more information or get in contact via phone/WhatsApp or email.
The classes take currently place online via Zoom.
But look out for outdoor classes once we are allowed again.
