Two weekly classes held in the beautiful old barn within Pollok Park. Both classes are energetic, designed to strengthen and stretch the body, while calming the mind.

Wheel Yoga Wednesdays 6.15 – 7.15pm
This class uses a circular prop for many of the poses. It’s useful to help open the front body and challenge your balance in familiar poses. This class is more suited to those with familiarity with yoga or a good level of general fitness.

Whole Body Yoga Wednesdays 7.30 – 8.45pm
Each week the class will focus on a different area of the body, loosely based on the Chinese meridians. All levels welcome.

First time visiting the Barn? visit our website for detailed directions. Arrive 5 mins before class starts to set up. Mats & wheels provided, all you need is to bring yourself!

50% off your first single or block of lessons. Normal price £9 for single or £40 for 5 - First time 50% off price £4.50/ single class or £20 for 5 classes. Book online, or cash only on the day.
