Running every Saturday and Sunday until Christmas, good girls and boys will have the chance to meet Santa and hear his festive story – with a special Glasgow twist - sessions also include the opportunity for kids to enjoy Christmas crafts, making decorations and cards.
Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year and to make it extra special, Santa has brought his friend Holly Christmas with him from the North Pole. Holly Christmas will host her own shorter storytelling sessions every Thursday in the run up to Christmas, perfect for younger children.
The Meet Santa and Holly Christmas sessions have been arranged by St. Enoch Centre to help raise funds and support for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
All children will have the opportunity to take their photo with Santa or Holly Christmas, to ensure the special memory will last forever.
Anne Ledgerwood, general manager of St. Enoch Centre said: “Santa arrived on his sleigh and set up his workshop ahead of what’s set to be a busy Black Friday weekend. Meeting Santa is a truly wonderful experience and we look forward to fulfilling the dream for many youngsters over the festive period, whilst raising money to support Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.”
Meet Santa sessions will be held at 10am, 11am, 12pm and 1pm every Saturday and 11am, 12pm and 1pm Sunday from Saturday 30th November to Sunday 22nd December. Tickets cost £5 and all proceeds will go to Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
Holly Christmas will be in St. Enoch Centre on 5th, 12th and 19th December with 20 minute sessions running at 10am, 10.30am, 11am and 11.30am. These sessions are free, but booking is advised and donations on the day are welcome.
