Lucky guests to the multi-award-winning restaurant will not only enjoy a mouthwatering three-course menu served with a glass of pink prosecco, but all mums will receive a signed copy of Derek’s cookbook and a gift bag of indulgent creamy tablet to make their experience extra special.
Mums are sure to love his light spring dishes, such as a delicious chorizo salad with mackerel, Granny Smith, spiced lemon dressing or a zesty fresh prawn crayfish and smoked salmon cocktail, with smoked caviar and lime. You’ll also find classics like Derek’s famous fish soup - foup, made with Portland crabmeat, stem ginger and coriander.
Only the very best of Scottish produce feature on the menu at Gamba. Showstopping Mother’s Day mains include grass-fed, dry-aged Sirloin Scotch steak, South Shian salmon with orange Teriyaki, pineapple and fluffy Jasmine rice and baked grey sole with red peppers, prawns, olives, capers, garlic and aged balsamic.
