Juicy launched back in May 2021 and now has countless celebrity customers across the country including several Celtic and Rangers players and local celebrities Kevin Bridges and Lewis Capaldi who live within walking distance of the flagship Byres Road store. The Juicy ethos is all about making healthy choices fun, accessible and cool with their quirky named cold pressed juice range, build your own açai bar and protein packed customisable salads, porridges and warm toasty selections.
Fallon Carberry founder of Juicy commented: “We are so excited to kick off 2022 with our much anticipated second site at Shop Silverburn! We are ideally located beside Cineworld and we think cinema goers will love our ‘Nacho Average Nachos’, they are fresh, flavour-packed and very delicious but without the guilt which is perfect for the more health conscious consumer. Alongside our cold pressed juices and smoothies we offer the most amazing customisable salad bar and Scotland’s first bespoke açai bar - it's totally unique and something quite different from the usual shopping centre offer. Silverburn is perfect for our second site, we love the location and the convenience that the centre provides, and we really feel like the Juicy offer is perfect for busy shoppers on the go looking for a healthy lunch or a morning pick me up while they shop.”
“January is the perfect time to open as people are on a health kick and keen to start the year in the best way possible - fueling your body is an essential part of that process. And we are delighted to be bringing the ‘juicy’ way of eating and drinking to Shop Silverburn.”
David Pierotti, General Manager at Silverburn said: “Our customers love to support Scottish brands, so it’s great to be welcoming Juicy to Silverburn to kick off 2022. As a local, independent with a unique offer, it confirms our position as a great destination for emerging businesses. We know that it will be a great addition to the already strong dining line-up.”
Juicy will be located at the end of the mall beside Cineworld and Stack & Still and will be open daily from 9am.
