A twist on a classic Pornstar Martini, Recharge guests can enjoy a poncho chaser with their Poncho-Star Martini cocktail - a festival essential for any outdoor event during Scottish summertime! If guests are feeling more optimistic, they can opt for Recharge’s very special Specs on the Beach - a summer classic with a pair of free VEGA shades thrown in. Knowing Glasgow’s weather, one Poncho-Star Martini and one Specs on the Beach could be the safest option…
Recharge’s beauty offering includes braids and waves from BLOW’s expert hair stylists, plus lash application, eye makeup or glitter detailing from ONYX’s makeup artists. Guests can get their festival glam on with the best hair stylists and makeup artists in town, with BLOW and ONYX pop ups running from 12-2pm each day on a first come, first served basis.
One of the city’s leading hair salons, BLOW has long been Glasgow’s go-to for inventive, stylish looks, while artists from the award-winning ONYX Makeup and Beauty will ensure guests are festival-ready with this season’s latest looks. Recharge’s glam stations will ensure fans can arrive at a festival such as TRNSMT feeling like a VEGA VIP after a relaxing morning enjoying the expert work of hair and makeup artists, with a cocktail in hand and brunch on order.
VEGA’s epic brunch offering will fuel fans ahead of a jam-packed day of music, with main courses including Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Waffles, French Toast and Crispy Bacon, Huevos Rancheros or VEGA’s Full or Vegan Breakfast. Paired with cosmic cocktails like the Gutterball, a classic combo of Beefeater gin, mint, ginger and lime or the Astro Cooler, made with Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin, strawberry syrup, lime, mint, lemonade, Recharge guests will be made to feel like the Main Stage headliner.
Taking over the top floor of YOTEL Glasgow, VEGA’s Recharge Brunches will allow fans to get festival ready with stunning views of Glasgow, just a short walk away from huge event spaces like Glasgow Green and The Hydro. Soundtracked by live DJs, fans can enjoy a taste of Glasgow’s music offering before they head to one of the UK’s biggest events.
To get extra amped for one of the biggest weekends in the UK’s music calendar, Recharge guests can enjoy a trip up (or down!) in VEGA’s immersive disco lift - nothing like neon lights and banging tunes to get the party started!
Ahead of a night of dancing well into the wee hours, VEGA’s Recharge Brunch is the place to be for Glasgow’s ultimate festival pre-party this summer. With floor to ceiling windows overlooking Glasgow’s skyline, a live music line-up to keep you grooving and a cocktail list fit for the stars, it’s time…to Recharge.
