From as seen on BBC Producers ’Burned at the Stake’ launches in December a winning player walks away £1000 richer. From the producers of The Murder Trial, seen on the BBC’s Dragons Den, do you have the skills to deceive and manipulate your fellow villagers to win the cash prize?
Players are transported back to 17th-century Britain where they have to work through a series of psychological skill-based games to get one step closer to claiming the cash prize eliminating other players who can’t cut it.
‘Burned at the Stake’ pushes the bar further than any live social experiment show that has come before it and calls for all those who think they can out-smart and out-skill their neighbour to sign up to take part. Producer Sam Piri said: “This experience is what UK audiences have been waiting for, over the last six months we have been working hard at Showtour Events to produce an immersive, psychological experience that audiences across the UK can take part in.
“We have carefully produced and tested several psychological skill-based games to highlight those with the psychological ability to outwit, outsmart, and manipulate a group of people, eliminating those who don't cut it. This show smashes boundaries allowing audiences on a national scale to actively take part in a psychological experiment, similar to some of the most-watched television shows worldwide. We are very much looking forward to touring ‘Burned at the Stake’ across the UK.”
How far will players go to lie and deceive, will the winner steal or share the cash prize? No matter who you come with, you will be pitted against each other to claim the cash prize and avoid being burnt at the stake.
Do you have the strength to sacrifice yourself for your friends and family, or will your survival instincts take over to prevent you from being burnt at the stake?
We’re launching with 4 flagship events events taking place in Manchester, Glasgow, London, and Birmingham throughout December 2024.
Will your friends become your foes?
