Located just steps from Glasgow’s Central Station, The Grahamston, the stylish bar and restaurant at Radisson Blu Glasgow, has unveiled a new festive menu packed with seasonal delights – from warming dishes to indulgent desserts and fairytale cocktails.
As proud sponsors of the King’s Theatre pantomime this year, which is celebrating its 60th anniversary, The Grahamston is offering a limited-edition cocktail menu inspired by the whimsical world of Peter Pan.
Crafted with premium ingredients that capture the magic of the season, the Tinkerbell cocktail sparkles with bubbly prosecco and shimmering edible gold glitter, perfectly embodying its namesake. Meanwhile, the Peter Pan cocktail, a Cranberry Old-Fashioned, bursts with festive flavours, blending Maker’s Mark bourbon and cranberry juice for a perfect festive twist.
Known for its warm ambiance and stylish decor, The Grahamston sets the scene for the perfect pre-theatre dining experience. The festive menu features an array of dishes, including sriracha prawn cocktail featuring tempura prawn served with sriracha Marie rose, pickled cucumber and mango salsa, and mains such as chargrilled turkey and butter masala sauce, followed by delightful desserts including clootie dumplin cheesecake with a stem ginger anglaise.
The festive dining and cocktail menu will be available from 28 November until 5 January, served from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Guests will enjoy a glass of fizz on arrival, with the two-course menu priced at £27 and the three-course priced at £32.
Garry McBride, Food and Beverage Manager at The Grahamston, commented: “At The Grahamston we pride ourselves on merging creativity with culinary expertise, and this season is no exception. Our partnership with The King’s Theatre has inspired us to create a new festive menu and Peter Pan-inspired cocktails, capturing the whimsy of the story in a glass.
“This festive season, we’re inviting everyone to join us at The Grahamston for a pre-theatre dining experience that’s as enchanting as the performances at the King’s Theatre. It’s not just about the food or the drinks; it’s about creating moments that leave a lasting impression and the celebration of flavours, creativity, and Glasgow’s vibrant cultural scene.”
Through its sponsorship of the King’s Theatre, Radisson Blu Glasgow is solidifying its role as a cultural hub at the heart of Glasgow’s vibrant arts scene. The partnership extends to SWG3, with Peter Pan-inspired artwork adorning the hotel's facade. These collaborations, along with the cocktail menu are designed to complement the performances taking place, enhancing the overall visitor experience to the city.
The festive dining and cocktail menu will not be available between 24-26 December and on 1 January.
