It is definitely the season of new beginnings. Time when we have many colours, sounds, and scents around to inspire that joyful spark within us.
What could be better than a mindful dance session with other women that share your passion for self-exploration?
Join us for this dance practice to release stress and recharge yourself with this new and flourishing energy.
Here we will connect our mind and body through various breathing and movement techniques, combining the elements of ecstatic dance, meditation, sounding, free movement, and more.
