Classes are held every Tuesday 6.45pm - 7.45pm.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing and creative style of yoga, where we move through the poses with the breath. This focus is why vinyasa is often referred to as moving meditation. My new class in the heart of Glasgow's west end is open to all levels, with options given for beginner to advanced for many poses. You will be encouraged to listen to your body and learn what you need each night.
As a general class, we will start with the breath, move through a sequence that challenges your imbalances and weaknesses and finish on the floor with some longer-held poses and the ever-popular relaxation, or savasana. Six-weekly blocks will help us focus and see progress across the weeks.
I have a fun approach to yoga - I want you to go away feeling you know your body better and have been in a supportive and positive community of yogis, irrespective of experience. Join me and let's flow together!
