Featuring women-only Kundalini Yoga & Meditation classes, free weekly wellness circles, Mentoring, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Esssential Oil education for mental health & proactive medical care plus monthly events and workshops to showcase, inspire and support women on the Holistic path of true emotional, physical, psychological and financial wealth.

Classes and events focus on holistic healing and natural solutions to life's challenges, celebrating and calibrating women's unique gifts, talents and abilities.

For mother's there will also be a full range of classes from pre and postnatal kundalini yoga, mothering and parenting, baby massage, mother & daughter circle, breastfeeding support, postnatal depression support and doula service.

Children's Kundalini Star Child Yoga & Meditation coming in 2019.
