I offer yoga, explorative movement and meditation classes to develop our awareness to our body, mind and soul. The primary yoga lesson will include the Ashtanga vinyasa style yoga which is the form of classical Indian yoga. The style is energetic, synchronising breath with our movements. This form of yoga is used to activate our entire body, our nervous system to get ready for the day. I also bring the quality of movement and strength given my extensive training in dance and martial arts.
I also offer Yin Yoga classes for anyone interested in restorative form of yoga and include meditations as part of these classes. Exclusive meditation classes are also available.
I do both online and home based studio classes. Home based classes are 1-to-1 private lessons or for a couple/ for 2 people at Glasgow West End.
Exclusive Meditation classes are available on Saturdays between 10 AM- 11 AM
